Made appt. to replace Water Heater. Installed new & removed old without me present to see "supposed damage". New heater $1000.00, 50gal. does not work ANY BETTER than old one replaced. New one does not allow to regulate any temperature at ANY faucet in my home, let alone a shower. Motor makes noises so loud I hear it 2 floors up. Constant calls to have Steve come back and look/fix go unanswered for 2 months. Paid by check for discount and he pays no taxes....reporting to BBB.
