Upsold me on an oversized unit based on energy rebates they would file on my behalf with the gas company. They never filed required paperwork. Installer and owner do not communicate. Tried to collect payement on the unit from me twice. Make checks payable to the company, if you are brave enough to use them. Would NOT recommend.
