I went to Arina's for my wedding dress and right when i walked in she wouldn't even look up at me. Then I had to say "hello, how are you, I'm here for my 5:00 appointment" and she told me to sit down until she's done. Then she got up, grabbed my dress, and told me to go change. So I changed and came out and she started pinning me and I had asked for a one-button bustle which I had wanted from the start and that's why I chose that dress. She told me that it could not be done with my dress and I had been lied to and the place I bought my dress from is
