Well to start I didnt even get passed the initial phone conversation inquiring about information recievable my mail. When the phone was answered a woman answered by announcing the place of business. I asked her how was she doing and she replied very negatively. I went on to ask about if they had information recievable by mail and she immediatly shouted "today is Sunday" . I apologized and the phone was dead by that point. I figured if someone was there to answer they could have answered a yes or no question for me. I was very disapointed with their phone manners...I wouldnt
