I placed a special order, I called to inquire as to when I could pick it up and was told that I had done something wrong, when I offered that I did place the order as a "special order" I was told (by the owner, I believe) that something went wrong and that my order did not come it..instead of offering an apology for the mistake that was made (on the part of her staff) I was spoken to condescendingly.. I was pretty much told, "we can't help you, you are out of luck". A good business practice would be to treat the customer with respect, even if y
