From the time I called River City Sewer and Drain I knew that they were the right choice for me and my problem. The receptionist was very friendly and informative and truly acted in my best interest. She had a repairman out to my house in less than an hour and he not only provided excellent customer service, but was fast, friendly, and respectful of me and my home. He explained everything to me in terms that I understood and made sure I was informed of everything he was doing and had to do. He made what I considered a huge disaster a not so big deal.
