I've told this story to so many friends and family here in Oxnard. It was the evening of the Parade of lights in December 09 when my wife and I had reservations for a window table at Whales Tail. We couldn't wait to have a nice dinner and watch the parade. The host took us to a table that was not by any window and I reminded her that we had a window table reserved.
