These guys called my surveyor and rescheduled him and my haul out. I was concerned about collusion, but my surveyor assured me that he would provide a fair survey. The broker was late to every meeting, did not return phone calls to my broker, and always had an excuse. They misrepresented the boat I was interested in buying. I spent $2500.00 on travel and surveys to find out they made no good faith effort on their part or the owner's part. I would be very careful dealing with this broker.
