This location is not service-oriented and the clerk is rude and not helpful. She did not care whether our luggage was repaired and it took 10 days for them to call back to say they could not repair it in the time we needed it. Even though they had had it for 10 days. She was rude the first day the luggage was brought in and even used a swear word. An email to the Dallas headquarters did not warrant a response. Not a pleasant experience, to say the least.
