My mother had a loan on a car she died Im her only liveing child.The state reconizes me as here estate owner. I tried to pay a 136.00 loan note. they said they couldnt give title because they had no proof that she wanted me to have car.how can she do that shes dead there trying to screw a dead women out of her car very sorry SOBS if you no what I mean
