I only give it one star because it makes me. I have witnessed residents being mistreated, stole from and neglected. The administrator seems to be very adapt at downplaying complaints, and on their last inspection, had several class 1 violations. The employees all seem to be very unhappy, and most seem to dislike the residents, although, they are very nice when family is around. When they think somebody is not listening, though it is a different story. I have heard my mother called a b@*ch and other demeaning things that makes gentleman like me blush. Needless
