The worse and awful experience was making a purchase at the Victorville Mall V Generation store. My mother bough a 34 dollars purse into the V Generation store and first they left the piece of plastic that is supposed to be removed from the purse after purchase attached to the purse. So we had to return for the store to remove the piece of plastic. Then, soon my mother transferred the items from her old purse to the new one it broke.
