I took my dog there to get groomed, and what I got back was a butchered pet. Not only was his fur cut very badly, but they also cut the flap on his ear with a pair of scissors, and never told us. Four days later when it had crusted over with pus we noticed and immediately took him to the vet. He ended up on antibiotics, and I ended up with a $68 dollar vet bill. Tried to get in touch with the owner for two weeks, and when I finally did I got yelled at told to go F*** myself, that we couldn't prove they did it, and they would NOT be paying my vet bill, or
