by Ivory Isis 07/26/2011 I had a problem with signage in the store. I bought a frame that was in the section marked as 40% off, and the sign was ON the area with the frame I bought. The manager showed me in the ad (that I don't receive because I want to save trees) that it said my frames weren't on sale. It wasn't even on the signage. She was smirking and laughing at me as well. I called to speak with the manager and found out SHE was the manager. She seemed to think that was funny as well. Her name is Scarlett, so I would avoid her. I don't know what
