I purchased a purse that was approximately $115. Shortly after starting to use the purse the four corners on the bottom split. I returned the purse to the store to see if they could send back to the manufacturer. They would not help me. I have been a regular customer in this store for over 4 years and after purchasing many Christmas gifts, bringing many new people into the store and purchasing quite a few clothing items - they rejected me.
