This used to be a great provider when it was iQuest. Since the merge, the attitude of the techs has been horrible, and the service is unreliable. They now appear to be doing whatever they can to get rid of the home customers. They apparently only want to keep the commercial business accounts. They don't seem to realize that providing bad service to the employees' homes could lose them some business. They use software for spam because other companies like AT&T were blocking them.
