Used this company, owned by Ed Weise, to level a rental property in Marshall Texas. He did a good job getting the floor leveled but after a few months it became un-level again due to heavy rains I guess. He offered a warranty for his work and he did come back out and re-level the house but on his second attempt to correctly level the house he damaged the other apartment (this is a duplex) and caused the floor in the kitchen to become very un-level and cracked the sheet-rock in three places and pulled the kitchen cabinets away from the wall.
