Fresh Start Finance, at Bestway Autos Zaragosa in El Paso Texas, requires a pastime device to be installed into the vehicle you finance. When I attempted to pick up the vehicle, there was a problem and the car would not start. I was then told there was a problem with the pastime device and more time would be need to install another pastime device. The device was disabled and I agreed to have someone from Bestway Autos (salesman George) pick up the car from my place of employment while I working. They did, and my car was returned to me later that day with the new
