We made an appointment for family pictures several weeks in advance. We still sat and waited for more than an hour before they even called us to begin our session. It was awful! I can't express how bad it truly was. The lady says, "Grandma and Grandpa, you sit here. The adults fill in." There were never adjustments to heads for glare on eye glasses, a shorter adult was hidden behind another person in several different poses, people's heads were angled badly in every pose, she never placed hands, a tall guy got his head cut off in a few pictures%2
