We purchased a fireplace grate and some fireplace tools from this company. We discovered that we did not need the tools, and brought them back with the price tag still on within 4 days. They refused to take them back. I will never do business with anyone that has no return policy. My friend ordered a screen from them, as the one she took home was a floor model and it was scratched. After a month, she still did not have the replacement and they said, sorry, they could not get it for her. She was stuck!! Don't go to that shop-customer UNFRIENDLY.
