Broke my toe and hurt my foot. Tried to get in as a new patient. Kept being placed on hold. Finally,I was told the soonest opening was 5 days. Asked if I could get in sooner because of my condition. Received a "sorry, that's the soonest". Not very friendly, compassionate of helpful.
