December 28th of 2011 I had a island countertop replaced with granite. The crew was late, through down a tarp filled with fillings from a previous job and were very unproffesional. When they completed I took a towel to wipe it down from the condensation that had formed. The towel would not slide over the surface. It kept getting caught throughout the entire top. It was scalley like a fish. I brought it to the installers attention and they said it was normal but would tell the owner. After 2 weeks we recieved a call asking for the installer to come back and fix the top. Af
