JB INCOMPETENCE & DISHONESTY cost > $10,000: I pick up my BMW 323IC convertible from having loose stitching in the rear window repaired, noting the poor workmanship. Surprise! The top's motor doesn't work, & there is a tear in the side of the top. JB denies responsibility. Driving home, the dashboard instruments aren't working! I return, assuming JB had snagged the top and blown a fuse while working. JB buys a non-BMW electrical component from a generic car parts store & plugs it in under the hood. Poof - sparks/fire/smoke!
