My Magnavox TV kept loosing the picture, so Magnavox referred me to this company to do the repair under warranty. They did not come out to look at the TV. They wanted to order the part for it first. (I guess they thought they knew what was wrong with it without looking) I waited 6 weeks for the part to come. They came out to fit the new part and announced IT was not the correct part. I am now waiting for the correct part to come in. Every week they promise it will be here. THE ONLY THING THIS COMPANY IS GOOD AT IS MAKING EXCUSES.
