The owner/trainer charges way too much, rips you off, has ridiculous contracts and terms, and never follows through with her end of the deal. She also puts the children on unsafe horses. She's lucky no one's ever gotten seriously hurt. It's always about her, and she doesn't care one bit about her customers. The more you get involved, the worse it becomes, and the clients always lose. But I have to say, she is very friendly at first and has incredible business skills - she knows how to get what she wants.
