I called in and the guy on the phone told me that he would do it for $50 (including certificate and the taxes). I went around 12:35(lunch time at work), ate a sandwich at nearby deli, and was done in 15-20 minutes. The guy explained me what documents to take to DMV etc. Very courteous. Recommended.
