Very disapointed with the services at this Best buy store 5019 S Cleveland Ave Fort Myers, FL 33907 Never order anything here to be pick up...got there to pick up and they did not have the item available after it was called the night before and paid for and all the manager by the name of TJ. ...said --What do you me to do? >>> hello <<<< No even willing to help at all... And he is the manager....
