When my wife and I are in the mood for Mexican food, the choice is easy. Pachanga has consistenly good tasting food, which is a lot more than I can say for certain well known Mexican chain restaurants (Don Pablos). Service is great, waiters are courtious and polite. I've become pretty picky in my latter years and know the difference between poor, run of the mill and very good food. Pachanga serves up healthy portions of very good tasting food. From the very beginning when you sit down, the chips are frequently hot and the salsa is just right (not too hot). And lucky for me,
