I stopped by this particular Citizen's Bank on my way through the South Hills and experienced the biggest headache. Even though I have an account with Citizen's, I still had to show several forms of ID. I though my driver's license, debit card and pin number would be enough....nope! The lady was a complete sourpuss about her day and she took it out on me. Well, guess what? I'm taking the negative experience I had with you and letting everyone else know about it. I recommend you change your attitude lady, or you'll loose other customers. I'm off to PN
