Anything but friendly and honest. The phone customer service needs more than some polishing. They are careless of you as a customer they just care about the money. They only guarantee their service for a month so after they do a crappy job that will only keep working for a month if ur appliance isnt working they charge u another service fee of 75 dollars just to come see it again. They even try and guess what is wrong over the phone and then charge u to come over again to fix something they should of fix on the first place!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEFS!
