Two years ago when my child was in her care I had no complaints, since then... When i took her out Vicki never gave me back my deposit even though I paid her for the last week. Still 2 yrs later she s making excuses! When I called her to ask about paying me she would yell and use obscene language with the kids right there, I could hear them through the phone. The worst part is about a month ago I was at a nail salon and heard Vicki loudly trashing the kids saying that they were just MONSTERS and total BRATS etc. When I confronted her she acted like no big deal.
