I called Robin Hill Florist from California to arrange delivery of flowers for my Mom's 92nd birthday. She was in a nursing home in Pittston - and I didn't know she had just been moved to another facility in Wilkes-Barre. Robin Hill was so accommodating and patient in calling me to say they couldn't find her and waiting until I could get back to them with her current location.
