Purchased a home in Oct 2011 that had its roof replaced by Huber Home Improvement in late 2003/early 2004. Seller's disclosure indicated they had roof problems that had been repaired a few times by Specialty Roofing in 2011, but didn't indicate why they didn't resolve with Huber instead. After a wet spring I discovered leaks in the same area of my house. My walls, ceiling and subfloor in 2 closets are destroyed, and a few roof joists are spongy and decrepit from long-term water damage. I had it inspected by a local contractor and found out that nearly EVERYTHING
