Dr. Smith has been my family doctor for more than 25 years. He has always been very thoughtful & pleasant, and always gives me the time I am due when in the office. There is usually a wait in the office--but then where isn't there. I appreciate not feeling rushed, my questions are answered, and if he doesn't know something he's not afraid to refer to a specialist when necessary. His no-nonsense, down to earth approach is comforting when so many seem to just prescribe expensive pills because patients expect it.
