Review
I ordered a pizza at 8:02 one evening. I watched the status of it. It showed it out of the oven at 8:22. The pizza did not arrive until after 9pm. I took one bite and it was not hot, or warm. I called the store immediately. I explained the situation. I was very friendly. The manager was very annoyed with my call. She did not apologize at one point for the issue. When I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with her, I stopped her kindly in the middle of her sentence asking her name. I then told her I would just be calling corporate the next day. I hung up.
