I am still a "customer" at Shady Dell only because of its location. I can't find another stable close enough. (yet) When I started there things were wonderful! There was a nice welcoming feeling about being part of the barn family. That has since changed to the point that I feel like I'm only tolerated for the money I pay them. And now they are raising their fees! As for the lead instructor, she's not up to the job. She is Immature, Ditsy, and Self-Absorbed.
