Initiated in 2005, IMU is a unique non-profit meditation centre in Chicago which organizes tai-chi, yoga, daily classes, workshops, retreats and events.

I had a lovely experience meditating here. I had never thought meditation can be so much fun. Was completely unexpected. A very beautiful new approach you would find no where. I loved the sharing my meditation experience part as well. it made me feel so much lighter. Would love to come back and join more classes.
