Brought my car in on 1/11/13 for an interior detail. The package also includes a basic exterior wash. It was a snowy day and I watch employees spin donuts in the parking lot in their cars. When my car was finished, I had a few new huge scratches, scrapes, and scuffs on the back bumper. Some of the scuffs rubbed off with my finger showing how new it was. They claim they didn't cause the damage. I would never recommend this careless company for any work
