%u201COK..after a "quick" treatment period, one month after her braces came off, my daughter's teeth went crooked. After asking around, this was the norm for Dr Trapnell. So we sent him a letter explaining the situation because we were promised "satisfaction guaranteed". So my husband met with Dr Tapnenell.Trapnell said to my hubsand "we will pretend this letter never existed" and he crumbled it up and threw it away. The said he would fix her teeth but it would cost again. So we went to Barrrows in Spanish Fork ..wow! He is incredible!%u201D POOR R
