I was told to bring in the replaement equipment for a software failure on my old equipment, The guy in the shop just changed the physical equipment and said he could do no more. I have had good women in that shop check th old phone and put data where it neede to be to show in new equipment and then verify that everything was working fine. The day shoft on 10/13 was useless.
