At Aspen Hollow Lodging, you will enjoy clean, well appointed cabins that are fully furnished - right down to the toaster and coffee maker. If you are looking for a cabin or lodge to base your Alaska salmon fishing trip on the Kenai or Kasilof River, you will find my convienent location in Kasilof to be the ideal base for your visit to the Kenai Peninsula. I have cabins for rent that offer many more amenities and privacy than a hotel room. If you have a larger group, my McKinley lodge sleeps up to 10 with two full baths. For parties up to 6, check out one of my mid size Kenai cabins. My Aspen cabins are great for couples and will sleep up to four. All of my rentals have equipped kitchens and freezers. Aspen Hollow is near the shoreline of Cook Inlet and the Kasilof River. Many of my guests enjoy taking day trips to Homer, Seward, or Cooper Landing. Aspen Hollow is an easy drive on paved roads to nearby Kenai or Soldotna. Some of my guests try clam digging at the Clam Gulch State Recreation Area just south of my cabins, or enjoy the recreation of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge which is just at the back door. Every cabin is fully furnished with high end mattresses and amenities. You'll enjoy satellite TV, Wireless internet, BBQ grills, a coin op laundry on site plus more. Aspen Hollow guests say this is much better than staying at a B&B because of the privacy they enjoy with thier private bath and individual cabins. Each cabin has a back deck and covered front porch. Daily housekeeping services are provided. For outdoor enthusiasts, in addition to the great salmon, trout and halibut fishing that is available in locations such as nearby Ninilchik or Sterling, the wildlife abounds. We stayed at Aspen Hollow back in 04 when Evy and Paul were just getting started. All I can say is WOW on the cabins! They are all equipped with anything you can think of. Our first night there was super. It's the BEST night's sleep I've ever had away from home. The beds and pillows are so comfie. To me, that's important. Even with Morning View Kennel next door, I NEVER heard the dogs bark. In fact, I over slept!! Was so good to be able to hear the quiet. So if you're ever thinking about visiting the Kenai Penn.
