The customer service there is simply perfect. From the time you walk into the door all the way down the the final goodbyes, this bank makes you fell like your one of them. Every employee knows my name, and they are always making me feel like smiling. I came into the bank having the worst day ever, and my personal banker made that all go away, he made me feel like the grass was greener on the other side. In my experience with all other banks, this bank gave me what i was looking for, easy, convenient, and FREE.
