This is the most unprofessional property management company I have come across in a long time. First their VP of "Business Development" severely misquoted our monthly service cost. Once the error was noticed they threatened to quit after less than a months worth of "service" if we didn't agree to now pay DOUBLE the original quote. The President then stupidly said on a conference call that a property of our size should have to pay that as a minimum. Really?? Then why didn't your VP of Business Development catch that?!
