Dishonest! Rhonda, one of the owners of Countryman's Village Jewelers, sold me a gold, non-Rembrandt Charm when I had ordered and paid for a 14k gold "Rembrandt Charm". "Rembrandt Charms" are a reputable brand and cost almost twice as much. It was embarrassing to learn that the charm I had gifted my mother was not authentic. My mother informed me that all Rembrandt Charms are trademark stamped "RQC". I took the charm back to Countryman's Village Jewelers and questioned Rhonda about its authenticity.
