When we first got our puppy (daschund) Ginger Snap we were not sure where to take her. Then a friend told me about Coats and I had to see it for my self. Not only did the treat Ginger with a great deal of respect but me the owner too! I felt great about the visit and Ginger was not at all distressed when we were ther or when we left.
