If you go to Panda Express, likely you know what you are getting. The food is of the typical Chinese fast food, but higher quality. You may want to stick with old favorite Orange Chicken, I have found Beijing Beef to cause gastric distress. Also, the fact that it is in the Irvine Spectrum means don't hold your breath looking for parking.
