I generally do not go out of my way to write a bad review of a company and usually go out of my way to write a positive review to support a business I like. However, I received one of the worst customer service experiences from the owner of this company. I went there for dry cleaning service, and they laundered and starched all my husbands shirts instead. I was really irritated that they did not listen to my instructions - which I double and triple checked with them when I dropped the shirts off because other cleaners have made the same mistake.
