We are regular customer's of Carl Jr.s on Lake Blvd, in Redding, CA. and March 17, 2010, we ordered 1 combo jalopena burger and 1 regular Western burger. When we got home, we found they had left out the jalopena burger. I then took the order and drove 6 miles back and went inside. They knew what had happened and what upset me most, was that the guy laughed about it. My jalopena burger was sitting on the back counter, getting cold. He never offered to redo our entire order, so that we'd have our hot meal we ordered and paid for. He did offer to give
