DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I purchased an anchor setup for my 30 ft. boat from West Marine for $100 and the first time that I anchored my boat the shackle that they sold me to hold the anchor to the chain broke and I lost my anchor. When I called and spoke with the manager about it she told me that she would look into it and call me back and let me know what they could do. I waited two days with no reply back from her. So I called back and asked to speak with her yet again and she then told me that there is nothing that she could do that once there products left the store
