I dented my back bumper from backing into a post. I drove my car directly to Fine Line Auto Body because they have a very good reputation in Columbus. The damage was worse than I thought. I had a broken tail light and the bumper was beyond any simple repair. I contacted my State Farm agent and he helped me get a claim number and rental car approval, without any extra hassles.
